No one has been able to buy shares at 1 cent (at least not so far). It has only been someone selling at one cent, and as I said before, only 2 people have shares that can be sold at a profit for 1 cent and both happen to be H3 directors. Posts that brag about 80% or more profit and pretend they can buy at the bid and sell at the ask should be ignored.

Until management can report some numbers that lend a hint of legitimacy to this new internet part of the business, or show that the Tampa soda shop is being competently managed, or tell us that the convertible note has been revised to more reasonable terms for the good of the company and it's shareholders, this stock is going no where.

3 months since the last web chat, shareholder questions deleted from the forum and still not answered, no FDD, etc., etc. Can't wait for November to see what TV station carries the new programming that was recently announced by Jordan Edelson. So far he and the "new management team" are a joke. Did anyone see the post on the forum where Edelson threatened to "moderate" me if I continued to ask questions about shareholder concerns? Unbelievable.
