I would still buy PDGT, but these are my current concerns:

- Is Delaware corp tax still owed? (I think so)
- Does PDGT have any manufacturing capability? (doesn't sound like it)
- Number of employees? (never provided
- CEO bio (never provided)
- Any other existing PDGT debt?
