Michael Bartoszek, we need a little more, then hearing about all the calls and e-mails you are getting for an update. If that is the only way for you to realize we need an update after the "tentative" date then I guess you will be getting a lot more calls and e-mails.

As you may be aware you have lost creditability with investors. your stock has had NO buyers after your last BLOG. We need proof that "We are still working on closing the deal and all is well".

Is HH Capital still in the Berlin Deal?

Any update on going to the OTC BB?
