I read the article and don't really know what's up their sleeves. The Fed here is expected to drop rates a half point to 1% soon. Last time it was that low, the housing marked took off like a rocket, which got us into the current crisis. However, now with the new checks and balances, that won't happen again. My wife works for a mortgage company and she's working a crap load of overtime just to keep up. Shades of a recovery? Perhaps. Probably a round of global interest rate cuts?
