I have been a shareholder for some time and bought more because of the dividend announcement.

What I don't understand is one thing.

Why would Alan spend all this money buying back shares without taking into consideration that he may not have the funds for the dividend. He should of parked the funds to execute the dividend and then used remaining funds for share repurchases. And, it would seem he bought stock at prices that were way to high given what he could buy them at now.

In my opinion this is a scam because a CEO of a company that was acting in the best interest of its shareholders would not have bought worthless paper and not have the funds to give shareholders what had been promised unless they don't know what a BUDGET is!!!
