Ma gang general manager from wuxi steel ball is also on the board from china jiangsu golden and look like general manager is Qiang Ma same family name than Gang Ma

It look like China Jiangsu Golden is totaly owned by Wuxi Steel Ball Ltd and is most probably producing products for Wuxi Steel Ball only .
