Well first I have hard to understand how it could be legal to sell shares from a company who have not any obligation to shareholders like on the pink .

These pink companies do what they want nobody to check what they are doing .
No obligation to post financials nothing !!

For me the whole pinksheets market should be terminated or for companies continue to trade they should need to at last post financials reports .

This pinksheets is incredible again on the OTCBB they at last need to fill quarterly report or they are removed from the otc .
