Follow your passion:
Numerous studies have shown that people who are the happiest are doing something they love (not those who have the most money or power).
1. Set your own standards; dont compare yourself to others or use them as a benchmark.
2. Don't belief in false 'ideals'. For example, thinking that winning a million dollars with give you some eternal bliss. It might be nice and pleasant, but thats all. So keep it in perspective. Happiness comes from a balanced life.
3. Follow your passion/bliss. Find something you love and do it!
