For me, it comes down to this - yes it is a pink sheet, but with a r/m, you have to start somewhere, right? I can even understand the logic of the 1:30 reverse split. What I can't understand it the mention of financials and conference call (like one would hear about from so many other pinkies) and then to have a significant period of time where there is no update on either financials or conference call. If you say you are going to do it, then do it (in a reasonable time frame.) The financials are really the key right now.
