LDSR is finalizing a merger with Hubei Chuguan Industry Co. Ltd., a Chinese oil vapor recovery company with over $70 Million in capital investment.
Next week, LDSR plans to close a merger with a Colorado mining project, with more than a million ton of high grade gold/silver deposits and access to processing facilities.
Next in line are mergers with a Mexican mining project and Hydra Lift Industries Ltd., a 25 year old maker of world-class above-ground automotive lifts.
Once all these mergers are complete, LDSR will have a radically different asset base.
As such, LDSR will deserve much higher valuation!!!
