Jewalks, no it's not worth it in my opinion. The sea is full of sharks and making such a big effort to kill one of them after the hard has already been done to protect others from that one single shark while they still could be eaten by other tens doesn't make sense to me. I would prefer to hear it's for forcing the company to launch the produce or go to jail as a revenge, that would make more sense to me. Best wishes anyway in your efforts, I'm sure that whatever you do is done in good faith.
