If you do not understand what an IPO is or how it works, you should not be investing your money in stocks
If you do not know about government research grants then you should certainly avoid R&D stocks.
If you do not understand how shares are transacted to the market by the company, via Dutchess, you should read the public documents that detail the agreement.
If you are unaware of the discount afforded Dutchess and the effect that it has on the market when shares are dumped you should read that agreement again.
Do your own homework.
All of these claims are public knowledge they are not opinions and as such they are not subject to debate. If you are not aware of them then that is a personal deficiency that only you can resolve.
