What do you mean? Of course, Intel can get ECC memory to work. They have this capability in all of their DP and MP server chipsets, and they've had this for many years.

They decided not to put it in the 925 either because:

a) The 925 is derived from the desktop 915 variant, and it wasn't worth the added time or investment to put this capability if no one is willing to pay a premium for it.

b) They intentionally left it out in order to differentiate the product from their server line of products.

It's so silly to believe they can't do it, given that they have done it - successfully - so many times.
