None that you talk of
ever got past the trial phase..except for RCC..They balked during the contract phase..
Some never even went to trial and none ever advertised or put up webpages for the service..Both Telmex and MTNL have..and Telmex as seen..has put a lot of their own cash into the project..

You can call a launch of Dial-Tone 2.0 anything you want..but it did launch and Onev is getting paid..The fact that it hasn't been rolled out to national Mexico yet has been discussed forever..It is all about how much..Not when or if that will happen anymore...veno
