One solid 8K clarifying the O/S and the shorts are cooked........they don't often lose, but they shorted a boat load of shares in anticipation of the RM shares hitting the market.....when the company turned around and struck a deal to restrict them and buy them back until 2010, the MM's got screwed.....

their game is simple, look for companies diluting and short the crap out of the stock first....then cover during the dilution period and make a mint................works for 99% of all pennies.........here they will lose, and the cover will be huge.....
