No scam, Chris is free do as he wishes. I agree there has been no pump here, I also do believe Chris was not behind the China Telco pump. However, I also believe Chris doen not wish to develop CTNO further. His broker dealer license gives him free reign. Like I said earlier, CTNO was set up as a matter of convienence for Chris. The broker dealer license is all that Chris needs and wanted from CTNO. We are Pawns and Chris is the King of his game and we are in Checkmate. IMHO.
