Yes, Duke has found out through contacts in the legal
system that IBM was a secret party to the Abu Dhabi/
AMD deal. The Arabs will slip IBM a cool billion and in
turn IBM will hand over the formula to the magic GHz
fairy dust it sprinkles on Power6 processors just before
they're packaged. Any day now AMD will announce a
revised roadmap showing 4.6 and 5.0 GHz Shanghai
and Deneb SKUs shipping in late Q4. Intel is doomed!

Edit: It's true! I've now fully confirmed this story with
Tom Yager, Andrew Byrnes, and Scientia at amdzone.
Faud might have confirmed it too but I can't understand
anything he writes.
