They eliminated the RATS and then the Plague went away... Here, we'll have to sue the rats , or have a few Official "watchdog" Agencies like The SEC or NY Attny General's Office gather up the rats and "contain" them ... Anybody EVER see "fiduciary responsibilities" so blatantly ignored and/or abused like this? ... He PR'd "management believes significant dilution will end shortly" , while he was paying "promoters" in millions of shares he knew would be dumped into the market , and while he was replacing "traditional,reasonable" debt with new CD's he knew would be both toxic and dilutive...IMO ... "[e-mail]" ....GL...Can we say M-A-N-I-P-U-L-A-T-I-O-N ??? FEED ARCA!!!
