Like most panics, this one has no basis in reason.

A large imbalance occured in real estate. It has happened before. But not to the extent that an ordinary house is selling for two and three hundred thousand, and in parts of the country, into the million dollar level.

But outside of that, and the oil boom life can go on. Money is worth lots less but a correction will occur.

Even now, gasoline and groceries are coming down.
