Oh. So all of these inspection services are performed after sunset, and with all lights out? My goodness. Crow3, you claim here in the iHub chat room that the meth scanner is useless in the daylight. Wow.

Have you shared your important claim with the SEC?
Have you informed Hogan & Hartson of your claim it is useless in the daylight?
CNN might want to do a follow-up based upon your claim it is useless in the daylight because of interference!!! Not to mention Sunny Hostin and Nevada's First Lady and Sheriff Tucker!!

Crow3, are you claiming the Clay Co., Iowa, Sheriff's Office, provided a public testimonial based upon all nighttime work with the scanner? Wow.

CDEX ID2 users: We tried out your company's meth scanner and found it to be a very beneficial in continuing to help out win our war on drugs

Crow3, you have published in the public domain YOUR claim the scanner "is useless in the daylight." May we assume you have also warned those outside of this chat room, such as the law enforecement folks that actually USE the meth scanner, as in the Oro Valley, AZ Police Dept., and the Santa Cruz County Metro Task Force - Nogales, AZ ?

Are you claiming the law enforcement folks at COPSWEST were in the dark, with lights on for the photo? Wow.

Does the Missouri Highway Patrol only work with the meth scanner at night? Wow.

According to CDEX's contract with the state, the company will provide the first 15 units to the patrol at cost with a minimum order of 150 units. From then on, the patrol will receive a 20 percent discount on all purchases. In addition, CDEX will commit to setting up production of the devices in Missouri if the initial order for the device exceeds 500 units from Missouri and contiguous states.

Are you claiming all of the meth scanner distributors have only checked out the product after sunset, and with no lights on?

CDEX Inc. Announces Results of Meth Scanner(TM) Testing

TUCSON, AZ, Mar 28 (MARKET WIRE) --
CDEX Inc. (OTCBB: CEXI) announces that its ID2 (Meth Scanner(TM)) correctly
identified 32 different samples of methamphetamine in clear containers in
four different law enforcement jurisdictions with no errors, including Rose,
Strawberry, Mexican, Peanut Butter and Crystal Meth types. In a separate
sensitivity test, the CDEX Meth Scanner identified methamphetamine at 1.0
micrograms/100 cm2 (10 nanograms/cm2), below the proposed California
health-based methamphetamine remediation standard of 1.5 micrograms/100cm2 (15
nanograms/cm2).

"We have received great cooperation from police departments across the
nation
offering to let us test the Meth Scanner against the methamphetamine samples in
their
possession," said Tim Shriver Jr. "We are already in our production cycle for
the first 200 Meth Scanners and expect delivery of the first Scanners to a
waiting client base during the 2nd Quarter 2008. There has been interest from
all over the world in many use areas ranging from police and school districts
to property inspectors and hospitals."

Crow3, you've published your claim that the scanner "is useless in the daylight, because of interference"

Wow. Wouldn't that be MATERIAL INFORMATION when reporting to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission??!! Wow.

Also, during the teleconference, CDEX Inc. announced the first sale of a ID2
MethScanner. CDEX also has continued with production of the MethScanner by:
finalizing the design of the MethScanner and the $35,000 custom mold with a
production life cycle of approximately 1/2 million MethScanner casings, which
should decrease the cost of producing units and increase the rate of production.
CDEX stated that with adequate demand, its production capacity could be
approximately 150 MethScanners per week by the middle of September. In addition,
CDEX discussed adding a software feature allowing a user to download data from
the MethScanner to a computer and into a report format; and, researching the
possibility of adding heroin and cocaine to the MethScanner's detection
capabilities.

In addition, Mr. Philips discussed the financial prospects for the company and
stated that he anticipates that CDEX will become profitable in 2009 given
certain financial assumptions including sales.

Methods and apparatus for molecular species detection, inspection and classification using ultraviolet to near infrared Enhanced Photoemission Spectroscopy

Abstract
The invention relates generally to the field of substance and material detection, inspection, and classification at wavelengths between approximately 200 nm and approximately 1800 nm. In particular, a handheld Enhanced Photoemission Spectroscopy ("EPS") detection system with a high degree of specificity and accuracy, capable of use at small and substantial standoff distances (e.g., greater than 12 inches) is utilized to identify specific substances (e.g., controlled substances, illegal drugs and explosives, and other substances of which trace detection would be of benefit) and mixtures thereof in order to provide information to officials for identification purposes and assists in determinations related to the legality, hazardous nature and/or disposition decision of such substance(s).
