AZRock as a sub contractor can be absorbing costs, as part of agreement but gains a higher percentage of profits, or piece of the company. A sub contractor can work various deals by paying their own up front costs. Lucky Linda has to be later due to the oklahoma processing facility being readied. Again if legit, then those are natural and expected and all would make sense.

Also Spooner as the prior owner of lucky linda can again be getting a piece of the action without the expense of developing the property which would allow TSHL to not have to pay the up front costs while offering incentive on the production. Thus spooner on the board would hint of that. So many ways to structure deals without having all the up front cash. But, that's assuming all is legit. That still as the share price reflects has to be proven, but if it was proven then the reward could be tremendous. I am only looking at the anticipation for now, and watching this carefully. Time will tell.
