It is my opinion that the mod overstepped their boundries by asking you to prove ownership which is no body's business but your own. Mods are in place only to make sure that TOU is being followed. How do you prove ownership anyway? did you post copies of your certs or some other private material on a board with readership from the general public. What about the case of a day trader who only owns shares for a very short time, are they not entitled to an opinion on a certain security? Are people who don't own shares of a security not allowed to form an opinion before deciding whether or not that it is a place where they want to put their trading dollars? If someone finds something that is out of whack and they are not a stockholder there should they not post that information to others to help in their decision making process?
