Well they are finally out!

No real surprises except the law suit metioned with the Judgement against them in August for $171,814.41.

Just think, we get to go through this all over again. First quarter filings due May 15. Think they can get them in on time? Considering year end was for the period we were still a shell and they just got them in at the wire. First quarter will have to include all of Interglobe as well as all the restructuring that took place within the company.

Why don't they save us all some grief and file for the extension now! (grin)
