Wow...July Production is concerning...

I'm surprised there's been no comments on this since Jonesie posted the info. Been a while since I posted but I have been following along.

Pleasant Valley production being the biggest concern obviously. Here is the Pleasant Valley production breakdown since reporting began in May 2008:

April 2008 No Production
May 2008 9686 bbls 4 producing wells
June 2008 17746 bbls 4 producing wells
July 2008 6871 bbls 6 producing wells

Pretty dramatic drop in July. Perhaps some of the wells were coming off a steam cycle during the month and others were put back on steam?? Also, 2 new wells added to the July numbers. Interesting to see 6 wells producing in July for the first time. You would think that would translate into higher production in July over June. Perhaps these two new wells were being steamed and came on production late in July so weren't able to contribute much?

Any thoughts out there that might explain the drop besides the production just not being there LOL? Are there simple operational issues at play here? Or is the production ability of the wells themselves at issue? Is this a steaming cycle issue?

I am curious to see August's numbers. Jonesie...when you you anticipate those will be posted on the FTP site? If similar to or lower than July then I am very concerned. If they bounce back to June or higher levels then perhaps an 'operational or steaming issue' makes better sense for July.
