BLDV IS AN EMPTY SHELL! IMO this company has no plans and has NOT followed through with any of its PR's. If you would like contact Texas A&M ask for the doc thats quoted in the PR and he will tell you, HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM, in a very long time. Call Belize, DO NOT TRUST ANYONES so called emails, I am suprised that the question about this Gov't Minister having a @YAHOO.COM email address has not caught your eye. Call them I have. The phone numbers are easy enough to google. The Company is a SCAM IMO! Will remain as one until they (THE COMPANY) shows Proof they have done anything. GLTY
