Is it more funny, or is it more sad, to see a company once touted to be the next Microsoft, to blow up in its own face and to prove itself a scam.

From the failed launch of Spooz1, with its promised "daily template updates" (which never occurred),

to the much-touted "Ameritrade deal", which Spooz management claimed through private emails to be "common knowledge",

to the anticipated market-changing release of "Fractalz", which has been discontinued,

toward the January 2008 stealth launch of SpoozToolz, within the "green zone" of a 20-block radius of their office ...

Next the wait, wait, wait ...

to finally see

Spooz branching off into another company, XXIS, and later, dealing with Unwin Technologies...

As the Outstanding Shares increased and increased again, as the Authorized Shares increased and increased again...

Ultimately the truth is plain for anyone to see.

A supposed Bloomberg deal mentioned on Spooz's website, but not PR'd.

Bloomberg asks them to remove the mention.

Their cohort, XXIS, offers a reverse split.

Not approved by the SEC, and people argue about the details.

An officer of the company is touted as being trustworthy, supposedly because he once was an SEC lawyer.

Nothing happens, nothing is gained by anyone but

Spooz executives somehow manage to keep making money

Off of their

disruptive software

their

everyman software

now their

Bloomberg deal

and people keep posting about how great this company is.

to draw in college students hoping to make a buck.

How sad it all is.

Or maybe it's more funny,

if you happened to make buck

off the unsuspecting

somewhere in Wonderland.
