Why the name and share structure change? Why not.
Maybe Carlton is the name of his favorite pet Turtle or the name of his Drycleaners. Also with all of the dirt thrown up from the pumper with the fake Clayton Dunning/China telco merger its nice to do some spring cleaning.
Cost? Chris does this sort of thing for breakfast. Probably cost him lunch at the Olive Garden with the MM to list CTNO
