What 'management' lol? Model is: convert, sell, dilute some more, convert lower, sell lower, dilute forevermore (sounds kinda like poetry, eh?)....until the RS eliminates retail shareholders but for a tiny remaining minority interest. This company is for sale and YA wants to be the only shareholder when that happens IMO. Funny how reducing the par value to .001 from .01 will make YA's job so much easier and faster in that regard.
