I have the sinking suspicion that the only 'companies' in 'Carlton Companies' is all of us fellow investors. IMO, Chris has neither the time, nor the inclination to manage the shell he has created. Making CTNO public and becoming a broker dealer was only done as a procedural matter. His broker dealer license gives Chris the freedom to do what he needs to do in other areas. I do not believe Chris will ever "manage" this shell...
