Sure they can be relisted on the pinks. First they have to satisfy any questions the SEC has. Then they have to get an MM to make a market for them. That's not going to be as hard as some dodgy people would make you think.

But first they have to satisfy the SEC. And with new ownership and new legal counsel it's hard to say how long that will take. If Sib Almaz exits stage right it may actually help depending on the issues the SEc is exploring.
