Well i don't see anything out there. We don't know what the share structure is they have not disclosed the Available share so we could see how much dilution is possible we don't know outstanding shares which should be currently restructuring to show the shares coming for the Buyout exchange. We only can guess that the properties have been exchanged but that is a guess no factual assets disclosed. There is no DD. Only the things we guess from past PR's and information which is a minimum of a year old. Pure speculation for anyone buying ACLE stock.
