Well the way i see it is they wanted the shares so they paid asking price. Could they have known something. I don't know but i believe when someone knows something there would be way more that 100 shares traded. At any price. So it leads me to believe whoever wanted it is speculating. The scary part is speculating with no DD because there is none.
