An established renewable energy company like Noble has trouble with financing in this economic climate and you think someone is going to loan a Pink Sheet company, with no record of owning or running operating plants, a $100 million dollars. As evidenced by the NYT article this is a disaster for the entire renewable energy sector just not Noble.
