Scottrade won't accept orders on FESI. I emailed them and was told that it is on their restricted list. I emailed back asking why, and they won't say, only that orders are not being accepted at this time. I've seen this complaint before in posts, and others reply that their broker accepts orders. Two questions: Why do certain brokers restrict orders and others don't? Why are certain companies placed on a restricted list? Thank you.
