Lang, I work on all kinds of Mac and PC hardware and software.

The latest Dell systems are easier to work on but Blue is right Apple systems are still much easier to maintain and upgrade.

Blue's site is an excellent resource to compare Mac's and PC'S.

Apple is not in the business to compete with DELL nor should they be look at Dell's other competitors .... their all losing money !!!

What all MAC users want are reliable systems and in most cases this has been true.

The amount of downtime due to hardware issues with Dell systems at the company I work at has been significant. The barrage of Windows Malware and viruses has become a big IT headache and both of these things have impacted worker productivity. Those workers who run APPLE systems have little to no downtime, now that is worth the small premium, if any you, might pay for an APPLE system.
