wenn du eine firma zu 60% kaufst und diese arbeitet defizitär, dann musst du auch den verlust von 60% tragen...und zwar in form von eigenkapital, die den verlust decken oder rückstellungen, die dafür aufgelöst werden können.

beides hat hrct nicht, daher ist es wichtig, dass zumindest zu beginn alles nach plan läuft und die beteiligung / beteiligungen direkt gewinne abwerfen.
