I heard he had over 3 million in loans on it from several banks. I understand he had it for sale for under 600k. This guy Jim put in all new stuff and leased the building and land from da Beebers. Sad it looks like The 3 stooges have also made some deal with a buyer in Miami for the Bio-Plant in Opp. I even heard he tried to sell PRGL as well! But hey what could this Company be worth? Well maybe he will get caught! All three of them need to be brought to justice IMO.
