The key number here is $50,000,000...
As long as Unico's Mark Lopez and Ray Brown aren't convicted of embezzlement of any amount over $50,000,000...They would be able to serve out thier sentences in a minimum security prison facility...which is basically a country club with bars for the rich white collar criminal..they would even be allowed to buy "extras", such as special cullinary menus including sushi, lobster, steak and the like.
$50,000,000.01 on the other hand would put them in a maximum security facility with general population convicts...where thier chances of being assaulted in the prison yard on a daily basis, jumps to 1 in 10 or 10%.
Then again 10:1 are better odds than any of the "investors" were likely to get.
