My posts were meant with sincerity. If a person hands you a partial contract and asks you to approve and sign it...Well that can be a bad thing.

A contract has to be seen in its entirey so that you can see all of the facts.

We have been privied to only portions of the Inverness and Abbott Contracts.

Those that make assumptions based on seeing only a part of the terms are only guessing at the balance of the unseen.

Dr. Moro on the other hand did state in the news release that,"Under terms of the license agreement, Inverness Medical Innovations will obtain semi-exclusive worldwide rights to commercialize products using this technology. BioCurex will be paid up-front fees, product and development milestones plus royalties on product sales.

You have to have some faith in the owner of the company.
