You have assumed that the entire agreement is posted on the web. This is not true.

There are many notations of "*" which could represent 1 number or an entire section covering payments or anything else. example Inverness shall pay to BioCurex a fee of *.

There is also verbage in section 1.5 that states "Confidential portion has been omitted and filed seperately with the securities and exchange commision." Again we have no idea what is contained in this confidential portion.

There is also reference in many places to section "0" Please inform me of what section "0" states. It is not published!

With this in mind I cannot nor can anyone other than Biocurex or Inverness tell you with any degree of certainty if Biocurex is owed $0 dollars or $50 million dollars in up-front fees, product and development milestones plus royalties on product sales.
