If you had Level 3 you might see a message that MERI is looking for 1.3 mil shares in inventory. Of course, they aren't telling anyone they are for a buyer. So, they have to get them from somewhere and that is stealing them. They would have stood a better chance of pulling it off had they EVER executed a trade before last week on DKAM.
