2.5 PE China play CDS:NASDAQ ($3.35)
CDS is my top China pick to rebound FAST to $6 + for the following reasons:

-Tiny PE
-Small 5 MM float
-CDS is a magnesium producer in China and China magnesium prices have held up well.
