We will see where we are at when the market closes, so far broke 31ma, Full sto and RSI 14 broke mid point, and broke all previous volume.

If it closes above then it will start rolling again. As for news, if you did not know stock do the moving before the news.

After that we can start seeing MAs crossing one another
