Chart. The action with the great FESI news and the low float just doesn't equal the activity we are getting in the market. Would it be possible for you to shed some light on why you think this is occuring. I mean.... Some of the most solid news I have seen from a penny stock.... LOI.. then Boom done. Would love to get yours or any of the moderators feedback. I mean something has to give...
