I don't think so Mike. They have to drill at least one well to determine if hydrocarbons are present. They can calculate probable and possible only after they know there is *any*.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
