iroquois - when we, the shareholders, voted to raise the issueable shares from 60 mil to 120 mil and subsequently from 120 mil to 200 mil shares; the acquisition of other companies was given as a reason for those shares. the other reason mentioned was to compensate highly qualified individuals to add their expertise to the company. as i remember this was done at the shareholder meetings 1/98 and 1/99(although i am not positive). it will be nice to accomplish those goals - i love it when a plan comes together.
