I can't imagine they won't slowly but surely buy back before year end. There is too much uncertainty with the price for them to say as a fact they will buy at 2 cents when they get buy at a fraction now. This thing is poised for an extended run. It's on many radar screens.....resurfacing but not forgotten by many old investors. This rocks this quarter.
