Big surprise; Colin Powell endorsing Obama. Not! I've always said that Powell is a liberal and his quote on abortion from 1996 is very telling.

You all know that I believe in a woman’s right to choose and I strongly support affirmative action. And, I was invited here by my party to share my views with you because we are a big enough party -- and big enough people -- to disagree on individual issues and still work together for our common goal: restoring the American Dream.

Sorry but Powell never shared the Republican or pro-life views that this board strongly supports. Looks like more of a political ploy to get a nice spot on the Obama administration (that's never going to happen anyway). The polls are tightening and for those that really track the polls you'll see the ones that sample Democrats, Republicans and Independents evenly, that the two candidates are within the margin of error. You won't hear that on the mainstream media!
