Simple question: Are there now more single family houses than single families? LOL! One more... will it ever be as easy to get a mortgage as it was between 99 and 2007?

If you have the stomach for it, buying rental properties is the way to go. It really always has been but now, more than ever, would be more profitable and stable, IMO.

I'd hate to be a builder right about now.
