I meant the OSC has had as many claim overwhelming evidence yet 2 years on there has been no ruling and this has to drag on for another year before any resolution is reached. Once they "get it right" the other regulatory agencies may act but until then we must play the waiting game.
As far as the reason for my losses I can't say I'm totally convinced by either side involved here. That's why I still hold my shares.
